Services

Five administrative disciplines, delivered as one chain

Each service below can be instructed on its own or combined into a continuous administrative chain that runs from first document review through to final confirmation. Scope is fixed in writing before work begins.

Participation Documentation Review

Line-by-line examination and completion of the participation paperwork our clients supply, prepared to the exact standard their designated recipient expects.

  • Field-by-field completeness and internal consistency checks
  • Correction of formatting, sequencing and reference conventions
  • Version control with a clean, dated record of every revision
  • A short written summary of what was amended and why
02

Attendee & Contact Record Administration

Maintenance of the participant and contact records our clients place with us, held in structured form and kept current as their instructions change.

  • Structured entry of client-supplied names, roles and contact details
  • De-duplication, normalisation and correction of inconsistent entries
  • Segmentation by session, department or client-defined grouping
  • Clean export in the format your internal systems already read
03

Coordinated Submission Handling

Preparation and dispatch of completed documentation to the recipients our clients nominate, executed on an agreed schedule with a full dispatch record.

  • Assembly of the complete document set per submission
  • Dispatch to client-designated recipients only, on client instruction
  • Timestamped dispatch log for every file that leaves our desk
  • Immediate flagging of anything that requires a client decision
04

Confirmation Tracking

Systematic monitoring of acknowledgements and confirmations against every submission, so nothing sits unresolved without someone noticing.

  • A live status position for each submission in progress
  • Reconciliation of received confirmations against dispatched files
  • Escalation notes for outstanding or partial responses
  • Concise status reporting at the interval you set
05

Administrative Follow-Up

Persistent, courteous follow-up on open administrative items until each one is closed, documented and handed back to you resolved.

  • Scheduled follow-up correspondence on unanswered items
  • Clarification of queries raised by designated recipients
  • Preparation of corrected or supplementary documentation
  • A closing file summary once every item is settled

Method

How instructed work proceeds

I

Written Brief

You describe the administrative workload by email or telephone. We confirm precisely what is in scope, what you will supply, and who the designated recipients are.

II

Agreed Fee

We set out our professional service fee in writing before any work begins. Nothing proceeds until you have accepted that figure and the scope it covers.

III

Execution

Your documentation is reviewed, completed, recorded and submitted to your designated recipients on the schedule agreed, with a dispatch record kept throughout.

IV

Closure & Reporting

Confirmations are tracked and outstanding items followed up. You receive a closing summary, and our invoice for our own service fee follows separately.

Commercial Terms

One invoice, for our own work

There is no checkout on this website and no payment is ever requested here. We agree the scope and the fee with you directly by email or telephone, confirm both in writing, and issue a single Stripe invoice covering our own professional service fee.

We never collect, hold, forward or remit money on behalf of any other organisation. Any amount you owe elsewhere remains entirely between you and that party.
