Refunds & Cancellations

Scope

We invoice for administrative work carried out by us. We never collect, hold or remit money for any other party, so no third-party charge can arise through us and none can be refunded by us.

Cancelling before work begins

If you cancel in writing before we have started the agreed work, no fee is due. Where an invoice has already been settled, the full amount is returned to the original payment method.

Cancelling work in progress

Where work has begun, we charge for the administrative work properly performed up to the date your written cancellation reaches us, and refund the balance. We will provide a short breakdown of the work completed so the position is transparent.

Completed work

Fees for work that has been completed and delivered are not refundable, since the service has been supplied in full. This does not affect your rights where the work was defective.

If our work falls short

Tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we will re-perform the affected work at no further charge. Where re-performance is not appropriate, we will refund a fair proportion of the fee for the part of the work that was not up to standard.

Amendments

Reasonable clarifications and corrections to work we have delivered are made without additional charge. A change that materially enlarges the agreed scope is quoted in writing and only proceeds once you have accepted the revised fee.

Requesting a refund

Write to info@congressregistrationsupport.com quoting the invoice number and the reason for your request. We acknowledge within two working days and reach a decision within ten working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually reaching you within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Payment disputes

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please raise it with us first. We would far rather resolve a billing question directly than have it handled as a formal dispute by a payment provider.
